  • Direct Debit

    Direct Debit is our preferred method of payment and it helps take the hassle out of payments for you.

    Direct Debits will be taken 14 Calendar days from the date of your invoice from our sister Company Opal Utilities Ltd. Please click the link below to download the form.

  • BACS Payment

    Please get in touch with us if you wish to pay your invoices by BACS by phoning us on 0330 400 4444 or emailing us at admin@opalgas.com

  • VAT Certificate

    You may be eligible for a reduced VAT rate or be exempt if your business meets one of the following conditions:

    • If your gas supply is less than 4,397kWh per month

    • If you are a charity with non-business use

    • If your gas supply is classified as mixed use – where you use some gas for domestic/charitable use and some for business use.

    If you are VAT exempt or should be paying reduced VAT, please download the VAT form for completion & return it to admin@opalgas.com at your earliest convenience.

    To find out if you qualify for reduced VAT and CCL relief please visit the HMRC website.

  • COMA & COT Forms

    Change of Managing Agent (COMA) form: DOWNLOAD FORM

    You must complete the attached form if there is a change in managing agent at a property that is supplied by Opal Gas. Please send this form to us at admin@opalgas.com along with a photo of your gas meter reading. This information is used to ensure that your account is kept up to date and information is provided to the appropriate managing agent.

    Change of Tenancy (COT) form: DOWNLOAD FORM

    You must complete the attached form if you are moving out of a property supplied by Opal Gas. Please send this form to us at admin@opalgas.com along with a photo of your gas meter reading. This information is used to close your account and produce your final invoice.

    If you are moving into a property and are the new tenant of a property we supply, this form can also be used to provide the details for the new account.
